How Postcards Can Help Realtors
Just get your real estate license? Congratulations, so did just about everyone else we know! We’re just kidding — real estate can be a very profitable field to work in, but, as you undoubtedly know, having a license is not a guarantee to overnight success. Real estate is one of those fields where you make your own destiny, and while we can’t predict exactly what that destiny will look like, we can guarantee you one thing: If you don’t make any noise about yourself and let people know you’re the new realty king or queen on the block, your career is probably headed for mediocrity at best.

FLYER PRINTING SERVICES
When it comes to flyer printing, there have never been more options than there are today. Flyer printing services can often be found at your local mom & pop printing shop, or through any number of internet-based printers. Depending on where you go, there may be a single flyer format offered, or a huge variety of options, combining different sizes, colors, and premium printing techniques. If you’re looking for a simple flyer that does nothing more than get your message across, almost any printer will probably work for you. But if you’re looking for flyer printing services with a little more pizazz, it makes sense to do a little research. You may find that the different printing service providers may offer wildly different prices for what is essentially the very same service. And we’re sorry to say it, but generally mom & pop is not going to be the operation with the lowest overhead. You may want to click around the internet quite a bit to see what the most prominent online printers are able to do as far as price and variety of service are concerned.

Bring Class Back to the Club with These Promotion Tips
“Yo, you goin’ out tonight?” says the typical club promoter, scouring the sands of South Beach looking for pretty ladies to fill up space in club X, Y, or Z. He hands his targets sweaty, wrinkled flyers which they promptly shove under their towels or beach chairs as they wait for the promoter to stop blocking their sun.
We don’t have any statistics on how effective this kind of marketing is, but we have our suspicions. The presentation is far from sexy… in fact, the word “desperate” seems more apt. No one wants to go to a desperate nightclub. So we have a few ideas on how nightlife promotion can be done better. Here they are. Read the rest of this entry
6 Tips for Gaining More Clients
At the risk of sounding like Sally Struthers, we’re going to say it anyway: “Do you want to make more money? Sure, we all do.” If you’re an individual or small business who offers a product or service, you may sometimes get frustrated about an inconsistent stream of clients, but there are things you can do to build your customer base, grow your business, and of course increase your profits. Here are six methods that really work. Read the rest of this entry
How to Edit Your Own Flyers and Business Cards
We run a printing company, so every month we receive hundreds of business card and flyer designs that range from outrageous to extremely conservative. But whether your design includes a flaming skull holograph or a clean white background with a Times New Roman font, one element of all print projects is universally important: Correctness. Custom Print Calendars
Custom print calendars are the perfect excuse for your company to hold a bikini contest or get cozy with the hunks at the local fire department; you can fill your calendar with pics of smokin’ hot women or men and sell them for charitable causes or just give them out as promo items. You can also decorate each month with children’s art for a more PG-13 custom calendar.
But let’s back up and talk about the basics here. Elite Flyers’ wall calendars are the size of a standard sheet of paper and are printed on tough, classy-looking 100lb magazine stock. They’re laminated with a glossy coating for extra durability and a subtle shine. The calendars are held together with a saddle-stitch binding (not spiral binding – we think that’s kind of cheesy) and can be punched with a 1/8” or 1/4″ hole, or no hole at all, depending on your preference. Our calendars can be printed to be either 24 or 28 pages. You would choose 28 pages if you wanted to include an introductory page (say, to talk about the life-saving track record of the fire department you snagged your hunks from) and maybe a mini calendar of the coming year at the end of the wall calendar. Networking Opportunities in Your Hometown
Seeing as we’re in the business card business, we often have conversations with customers about how their companies are doing. We’re always happy to hear about ventures that are flourishing, but we always pay special attention when clients are having trouble as well. One common complaint goes something like this: Read the rest of this entry
